Riding on to Haifa, really in the mood
To see the show of the queen preaching the blues
I parked my car as close as could to the rest-o-bar
When suddenly I saw that my shoes were torn apart.
I felt like a homeless man, walking barefoot on the street
I felt like a beggar, feeling cold on my feet
But instead of begging, maybe I’ll use
Just a paper and a pen to write my "Out of luck Blues"
The next day I woke up, it’s just a typical day
I worked my seven hours, everything is OK
And then I went to the studio, to record my own songs
When suddenly, I started feeling bad and I caught a cold
I went to the kitchen, put some lemon in my tea
And I took my old paper and pen and immediately
Wrote another few lines - You know, there's no excuse
To stop writing my "Out of luck Blues"
I'm not that lucky
With my shoes torn apart and a horrible cold
I’m standing here in front of you all.
I say, "Good evening ladies and gentlemen, let me introduce
you to my brand new, very own "Out Of Luck Blues"
